China's largest bank just made a stock offering. The share price has gone up but still a good buy according to many analysts. The Hang Seng exchange has hit almost 18,000. (Hong Kong based, but more and more Shanghai controlled).
A major world bank, HSB (Hong Kong and Shanghai) operates world-wide, branches here in Alberta but I don't know about US operations.
