Richard. why ever didn't I think of that hours ago?

Hehe, the only one of the list of 'wonderfuls' I've even heard of is Isaac Guillory, and he was Cuban, was he not? I think that's what he said at the best Cambridge I remember which was 1971, I think. Robin and Barry Dransfield onstage with Sue Draheim and Steeleye before they got silly. I went to the first ten festivals, then it tailed off, especially after I had all my instruments stolen from the campsite. In the past ten years, I've been twice and that was just straight in and out for specific performances. I think the slide downhill began when it outgrew Cherry Hinton and split into two sites. The death knell sounded deafeningly when the BBC took over and turned it into an out-and-out blandfest.

Don't suppose I'll go again either.
