There is to be a concert to entertain and honour Ciaran who ran one of RTÉ Radio 1's longest running programmes, "Mo Cheoil Thú" which featured songs, language, history and stories of Ireland. It will be at the "Glor" theatre in Ennis, Co.Clare on Thursday, November 9th at 8 pm.

The Kilfenora and Tulla Céilí Bands, Paddy Moloney (Chieftains), Liam O'Floinn (Planxty), Joe Burke and Anne Conroy, Peadar O'Riada (son of Sean) and Chor Cuil Aodha, Peter Browne will be paying tribute to the much loved retired broadcaster who had access to precious archival material.
