I heard earlier today that the population of the U. S. rolled over to 200,000,000 sometime in the 1960s. And here, a mere fou decades later, it's up to 300,000,000. There are 100,000,000 more people in the country now than there were back then.

No bloody wonder traffic is freakin' gridlocked!!
