Here is a very sad notice from Alan Hewson:

I am very sorry to announce the tragic death of Tam Lin/Windward flautist and singer Sav Malbaski in a road accident last week. He will be greatly missed.

At the Baldock & Letchworth folk club last night we raised £50 for the Welsh Air Ambulance, Jude, Sav's wife has asked for donation there instead of flowers. I have copies of the 2001 Tam Lin CD "Back on The Road" on which Sav features with some lovely flute, guitar and vocals. He also wrote one of the tunes and one of the songs on the album. Any one who would like a copy, please send me £11.50 made payable to Mad Nanny Music, and the £10 cost of the CD will be donated to the Welsh Air Ambulance. The £1.50 is for postage.
