Hi Wendy
I think Pint&Dale might be a runner. Although from the other side of the water, they are very nice engaging people with a surprisingly English ring to some of their harmonies, and a good range of material.
William Pint plays one of the best guitars I have ever seen heard and held, a wonderful Goodall, and if you book them MAKE him bring a mandolin as well, he is pretty damn good on that too.
Felicia Dale is a very good hurdy-gurdy player.
They are plenty sophisticated enough for a sit-down theatre audience.
I can lend you a couple of CDs if you like.
You'd probably need to put some effort into the promotion as they seem to be less well known than they deserve. I think Jacey Bedford is their agent so she might be able to help on that side.
