I met Dave and Cathy at Irish Week at the Augusta Heritage Center a couple of years ago. As everyone has said, they are very nice people, with an incredible stock of songs. We were chatting with a group of people at the Ice House (a pub on campus) about cidermaking, and of course, Dave had an appropriate song for the conversation. Something about a dog falling into the cider vat and not being discovered until after it had all been drunk and proclaimed the best batch yet. I didn't know he was a homebrewer. Now I've got something else to talk about with him next time we meet.
