You're not listening Tawmmie.......It is so easy to get run down and have many of the problems you are having. You have us here but I hope you have someone close at hand as a support structure. I can't begin to tell you what Karen has gone through with me over the past ten years but she would tell you that close at hand support structure is very important and keeping yourself as fit as possible too.
