Cut the leftover sprouts in half (there's usually lots) then fry in butter till warmed through and lightly browned on the flat side. Butter two slices of bread - soft white is best and put the sprouts on one slice. Press the other slice firmly on top so the sprouts can't escape and eat whilst still warm.
