I was truly saddened to see this headline in this mornings' paper. However I wasn't shocked. And as long as people continue to embrace an antiquated "right" they will continue to see these headlines, express, shock, and grief until the next time it happens.

Yes there have been incidents in the U.K., Australia and my home country of Canada, but nowhere near the number of those in the U.S.

I'm forty years of age and have never held a handgun, I've only seen them in police officers holsters. Funny, I haven't had to defend myself against any government including my own.

Get over the paranoia, move ahead a couple of centuries and ban hand guns. Prosecute Charlton and his cronies as accessories to this and all related crimes. Please.
