Once upon a time I ordered a beer in Pocatello, Idaho, and my waitress carefully poured the beer down the side of my glass, creating a head 1/16 inch high. "Where did you learn to pour a beer right?" I asked.

"I'm from St. Louis," she replied.

Evidently that's not the only thing they know how to do right in St. Louis.
