Any evangelical think tank could come up with a martyr to celebrate being smeard by a low life liberal. Then after the rumor grows wings they prove how the smear was a evil liberal plot.
They need someone young to carry the torch since all the big names like Falwell are in their 80's.
They need someone with a recognizable name.
