I can be found sitting in our authentic Civil War era camp with my banjo. The picture was taken with an original camera of the period, using glass plates and developed according to processes used during the 19th century. The picture is in a sepia tone as was normal for photgraphs of the period. I am in Union uniform at this particular event. I also wear the grey whenever the need arises. The 'likeness was struck' (period term for picture was taken) at a recent local event. The photographer, when not reenacting, teaches middle school language arts.
