I think I might lash out and increase the butter to 200g rather than 199g though. I'm not that worried about my waistline.

(Reminds me of a Fanny Craddock recipe, I think it was for gingerbread, that required 19 3/4 ounces of black treacle - that's taking accuracy a bit far.)
