I haven't seen where Allen has thrown in the towell, Barry, but have noted that Webb has declared victory... According to CNN this morbning the Allen camp is still weighin' it's options... From a purely political viewpoint, if Allen asks for a recount and the numbers come back the same, which is likely considering the recent recount of Virginia's Attorney General race, then this will paint Allen as crybaby and a double-loser and kill off any future plans to run again...

Either way, glad to see the Bush-clone on the way out... He had 6 years to show what he's made of and did absolutely nuthin' but rubber stamp Bush...
