As for the complaint about Pete Seeger waiting for his US stamp, I hope it takes a long while yet. In the USA, you have to be DEAD to be honored on a stamp that is commemmorating an individual person rather than an event. So bear this in mind in the selection on any of the previous stamps honoring Folk Gospel, Rock or Pop performers.
There'll still be plenty of room left for debate, mind you.
