Heck, I reckon all of the above with the exception of Castro* would rather see things in the US stay the same. A large part of their rhetoric is based upon demonizing the individual who happens to hold the office of US president. It's much easier to remember the Devil's name if he doesn't change it every four years

* Castro doesn't care who's in charge in the US. He's already seen nine US presidents come and go and not noticed a bit of difference in how any of 'em have treated him and his country.
