We hear 'drilling in ANWR' instead of real conservation issues. We hear 'homophobe!' shouted instead of discussing the real reason behind the gay marriage proposals: transferring the rights to pensions, medical coverage and Social Security benefits to homosexual partners. We hear about 'medical marijuana' when the people behind the measures really want legal pot for recreational purpose. Etc, etc. We need to have a discussion involving facts, not spin.
