I have been ignoring it as much as I can. I have a habit of going to work early to have a minute of peace to myself and also to make sure I have everything I need for the day. Wouldn't you know that my supervisor has started coming in early and instead of getting my work ready for the day, I get an earful instead. I do not respond and will not respond. I am polite but do not engage, I refuse to be pulled into this.
