I don't believe in pressuring anyone to accept something they don't believe in. I DO feel that if the flag, or the symbolism that is implied is necessary to teach a concept such a history lesson then display of the symbol, whether it be the Confederate Flag, the Nazi Swastika, the Dove of Peace or any other symbol should be allowed to be displayed. There are too many folks that are trying to sweep history and heritage under the rug. Teach it as it really happened, not as one would have liked it to be. I feel that to build a good future for all, we must study the past to avoid the same pitfalls.

It would seem that with so large a population that no one design or pattern would appeal to all.
