Obie - You may have a point. Stop dragging the bottom our our oceans, for sure, but we also have to have clean air and water. Kyoto is definitely flawed. I'm afraid, however, that Canada and the U.S. are no more committed to Kyoto than China. Unless we can get an agreement from all nations, we are doomed.
