Not a spam but annoying:-

I sent an e-mail to Hilary Spencer and her spam filter sent one back asking me to verify who I am by clicking on what my fileserver calls a "banned site".(My e-mail address is on a Local Authority website)

Looks like she's never going to get my e-mail
