Well, Sinsull, I have given many parties in my day, and if I found five jars of salsa in my fridge, I would conclude that my guests don't like salsa.

You might try River City Salsa.

1. Grow your own tomatoes

2. Peel a ripe tomato, cut it in half, squeeze out the pulp.

3. Finely chop the tomato, some green pepper and some white onion.

4. Add chili powder to taste. Chill. Serve.

It's a very easy recipe, except for Step 1. I supppose that homegrown tomatoes, frozen and thawed, would work okay in winter.
