A trail of cracked corn out a window, hole, or door would entice him out. But, I agree with Jeri...call Animal Control. We had a momma take up residence in the rafters of our garage in CT; she found the corn for the ducks. Later on, after her babies were grown, she found one of the ducks, too, even though we penned them at night where she couldn't get them. We were not happy campers. She finally left, but it was a better weather time of year which helped and, at that time, rabies wasn't so prevalent among them.
