The other half's company is having a safety purge. They have decreed that all shall wear safety glasses. His office are all sat at their desks wearing safety glasses - over their own glasses!
They have further decreed that all shall wear safety boots, the ladies in the offices concerned that they will not go with their nice skirts and dresses.

I've got green toe-tecter wellies for my site visits. Very elegant.
