If you only need one for the wedding, try Berman & Angel (a merger of the old Berman's & Maurice Angel's) the theatrical costumiers - although, it helps to know exactly what you are after. As far as I recall, their main offices are in London, but I believe they have several regional offices around the country.

I'm assuming that you are after the traditional ceremonial cossack dress.

For the Shashka and kinjal*, you may have to hire from someone like Bapty's (primarily theatrical/film firearms hire, but I believe they hire all manner of weaponry) - failing that Manton firearms or Worldwide Arms (can't remember which) used to carry Soviet era military shaskas (black painted steel scabbards with fittings to carry a bayonet) and, I believe, some of the daggers (not matching), unfortunately, I haven't seen their catalogues for a number of years.

Not much help I'm afraid.

*I think those are the names for the cossack sabre without a knuckle bow and the long dagger.
