Michael Feldman's "Whadda ya know" said it was going to built by Halliburton to the tune of half a billion dollars; that's with the cost overrides built in. It will house two books and, yes, it will be the GW Bush LIBERRY. Feldman also said there would no Presidential Paper as the shrub doesn't like to leave a paper trail!:-)
