A little brass sensitively handled (see Brass Monkey or Strawhead) can add a lot to a tune or two but not unfortunately in Bellowhead. I much prefer Boden & Spiers who have a jaunty, upbeat old-song-in-new-clothes approach which makes them a joy to hear.

Can somebody explain to certain female singers that in song lyrics, consonants are not optional?
