Jon F is right. In fact I've finished writing the text, but I'm having the divil of a time with the GIF's. I have tried to cover notation in a general way, without specific reference to any particular software. I like MoteWorthy Composer but encourage others to try new programs as they come along. Can anyone remember the name of the recent thread where someone was chasing notation software for MAC's? I have what looks like a good answer. Regards, John
