Bless you Ivor! Just a bit of thread drift. I used to give copies of the "Rules" to certain psychotherapy clients and tell them to put them up on the fridge or bathroom mirror. The folder with the hand-outs gort lost in an office move. Boy, am I glad to have them back.

I don't know who I'm quoting here, but I have always thought this one liner sums it up quite succinctly.
