We just got a Zen Vision M mp3 player as an early Christmas present, and I've been able to transfer some mp3 files onto it, and even play them. But I'm having trouble working out how to use it properly. I don't find the keys and menus etc. on the player very easy to use so far, probably due to my own ineptitude.

The small handbook that comes with it only has very basic info and doesn't describe the menus, etc. in any detail. I've tried to find the relevant documents on the CD that comes with it, ane found my way to a website that seems to have some documentation, but I can't seem to find what I want, which is basically a good old fashioned user guide in WOrd or PDF format that I can have on my PC disk drive and read, to find out how to use the *&^£%^& player.

It's driving me mad going round in circles trying to find somethjing sensible to look at. Why does everything have to be so &^%$%^* complicated these days? I'm on the verge of taking the thing back, but I don't like to give up that easily.
