I should guess that most of us have a need to be liked, to appear helpfull, or to be seen as having a well rounded education.
Some of us sadly do not. It takes all sorts, huh?
There are a few who seem to like coming accross as "objectionable old buggers" :-)
Posting by "Anonymous Guest" is of course outside this 'envelope' and maybe why such posts are usually seen as an annoyance.
I (usually) try to appear jovial, educated and helpfull, so if I read my post before sending and it doesn't measure up, I don't hit submit.
But sometimes I cant see my own flaws too well :-)
