Shucks, I can get elk, deer, moose, bear, and buffalo 'most anytime I want it here. I've got buff in the freezer right now, come to think of it. They sell it every three months or so at the Fred Meyer store. The elk and deer are farm-raised (so are the buffalo) for the speciality meat market. As for moose and bear, I know people who have such in their freezers -- and they're happy to share because, well, there's a LOT of meat on moose....
