Georgia was one of the first popular artists to "catch my ear" as a kid. I loved Kiss Of Fire, Kiss Me Another (or was that one by Katerina Valenti?), Tweedle-ee Dee, and Dance With Me, Henry!
(I did not have the privilege of hearing the original black artists' versions of some of Georgia's songs on radio, but she definitely helped my musical tastes evolve from the likes of Patti Page, Gale Storm, Doris Day, etc. toward rhythm & blues and then rock 'n' roll.
