Thanks Ebbie for noting that Guest's comment was 3 yrs prior & was only 15% complete. Many have changed 180 degrees within the past 3 yrs & figured out the last 85% of what was missing, though it seems some are still stuck there, just like our Lord & Master.

As far as reading the vote! We pretty much know he's on a lower reading level than most so I can't blame his his misreading the vote but I can blame him for not paying attention even if he's has an IEP & has a 501 plan & yes, even though he's been tested & found to be learning disabled he should've been able to follow the explained results. That's why he has advisors but I guess no one is helping him with his OD disorder (opposional defiance). Ohh, that explains alot.
