Well I am very happy to report that my quest for this elusive book has ended, and a fine ending it has been. For my 50th birthday this past Sunday my dear friend Perry Werner of Pawprint Books presented me with an outstanding copy.
If you are in search of one of these elusive resources I would strongly recommend that you contact Perry as he seems to be able to turn up that which others have not or cannot.
