I have never been given a rat's ass by anyone. Not even once. This compells me to again ask the eternal question: Who gives a rat's ass?

Bill, there are many, many Canadians who mispronounce both "nuclear" and "February"! It's a tragic situation. I blame it on American TV. ;-)
