We had a good festive session at Baldock last night, with special guests the Brafront Guisers (with Barry Goodman), who did an excellent Mummers' play. I never did find out how they got that name - the mind boggles! - as they disappeared before the end of the session so I didn't get a chance to ask.

Also there were the Mince Pies and the Sausage Rolls (they weren't bands, we just scoffed them in between songs or tunes).

Anyway - just thought I'd wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (I've only met a few of you so far but hopefully I'll get to meet more of you next year).
