Just as long as you keep understanding that telling story--musically, verbally, or in writing--is THE most important thing you can do with your life.....You can teach others to recognize and/or give love & understanding that way, as well as give both yourself. Keep telling story whatever way is given to you to do so. But I certainly recognize that frustration of not being able to use your own voice can make for reeeeeeeelllll stress & pressure.
