Richie, in an earlier post, gives a transcription of Van Morrison's version, and includes a couplet:
WEll she lived so long her head got bald
She didn't get out the notes or the dimes at all

This is very ingenious, but I think you'll find what he is singing is Lonnie Donegan's version:
"She's giving up the notion of dyin' at all"
