I was just out delivering meals on wheels and saw a flock of ducks... on January 4 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. Oh, some stay here through the winter now because some idiots keep feeding them, but this was a flock of black ducks.... in January!!!!

We have +7C here (at dusk) and it's to be +double digits for near the next week!!! Last winter was similar.
