My father used to sing songs to us that he learned in England during the war and we are trying to track down two of them: One seems to be called Granny's Cozy Kitchen and gos aomething like"
"What a thrill comes back to me in the days that used to be In Granny's cozy kitchen long ago
In a quaint old Inglenook, I would read my storybook as granny's voice came singing soft and low"
The other, that we think is Old Bohemian Town goes:
"In a quiet old bohemian town where it's peaceful when the sun goes down they are making her a wedding gown they are making her a wedding gown but not to marry me"
Does anyone have any thoughts on these?
We would like to play recording sof them at his memorial service- he passed away on 12/22
