This is genuine serious advice heard or read from somewhere many years ago:

last resort defence tactics if pinned down
and about to be forced
to submit to penetrative sex,

try to make yourself throw up and shit.

Whichever defense expert advised this,
argued that this tactic would deter
at the last moment
all but the most determined & squalid
rapists.
