Try St. John's Wort: 2 tablets of 300 mg concentrate Standardized Herbal Extract an hour or so before bedtime. This Mood Enhancer herb is good for minor depression (the "blues" type mood).

It may take a week or so to work so give it at least that much time. I would never take more than 3 tablets per day and never more than one in the morning followed by 2 before bedtime. If the herb works for you, drowsiness and yawning will occur if you take them during the day when you need to be alert for work or driving.
