Wow - I've tried a few searches on known sites but am amazed at just how little info there is.
The little I've found is below. The more important piece is the address and Ph. number on the bottom - non-linked.

The modern Irish Army has its roots in Oglaigh na hEireann (The Irish Volunteers), which were formed in 1913.
Many of the soldiers had served in the British Army and they brought their professional skills with them to the new army
Capt. Fritz Brase came from Germany to set up the Army School of Music.
