My wife is an 10 year heart transplant survivor. I can't say that we have noticed anything that would fall into those categories.
Life is 'different' because of all the meds she has to take, and her diet is necessarily careful, but no personality glitches. I'll ask her if she wants to comment.

(She sings better, because she has more stamina....there is one good thing!)
