Allmusic.com says I ATE THE BOLONEY (note spelling) was written by Harry Lee and recorded by Billy Murphy; it's on "Yankee Doodle Boy," ASV/Living Era #5608, 2005.

The National Library of Australia has the sheet music, but does not have the images online, probably because it's still under copyright. Here's the catalog entry:
