These kinds of stupid things happen every time there is a conservative administration. There was a lot of idiocy that went into effect under Regan as well. Plus, the administration gets to fool around with the federal employee's health benefits. Democratic administrations let fed employees buy birth control or get abortions with their health insurance. Abortions are out with the Republicans, and birth control might be iffy. . .
