I dunno, JiK. There's a lot of unhappiness about NAFTA. And should California become a seperate nation there is no reason why the states surrounding it would permit "Pacific Corridor" traffic. It might be easier just to go around -- take I-15 from Mexico to Canada, for instance.

But that's a minor point compared to water rights!
