If you stay there, one of two things will happen. 1 They all refrain from smoking, but you will be the pariah and they will make your life miserable.
2 They will continue to smoke and you will be fired as a mal content.

Talk to the boss and if he doesn't do something, quit. You don't have to put up with that kind of ill mannered people commiting a crime.
